How do I keep my cookies fresh?

All the cookies are in a heat-sealed bag.

When keeping bag sealed, cookies will remain fresh for one week at room temperature, and up to one month in the freezer. To thaw cookies, keep them in their sealed bag and simply leave them at room temperature for 2-3 hours, or take them out of the bag, pop them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds, and ENJOY them!

Do you offer gluten free cookies?

Yes! we offer gluten free cookies, they are so soft and delicious, you would never believe that they are a gluten free for real!

What is the right time to reserve the date?

To make a reservation for small orders (minimum 12 cookies) a week an half. (10 calendar days).

More than a dozen (12 cookies) minimum three weeks in advance to reserve.

How can I reserve the date?

I request 50% to reserve the date, and the remaining 50% at pickup. All the payment details information are sent via email.

What kind of ingredients are they made of?

The cookies are:

Vanilla with vanilla royal icing.
Vanilla gluten free with vanilla royal icing.

*Allergies - cookies contain wheat, egg, sugar, salt, and gluten: they are baked in a home kitchen that may also possess common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, and fish.*

Will come in a box or sealed?

The cookies will come sealed in cello bags for freshness (even if they're boxed). If you'd like cookies wrapped as favors with bakery twine or ribbons/bows there is a minimum charge of $11 per dozen bags, or $1 per individual bag.

Do you offer delivery?

We only offer local delivery in the SCV

Do you have Return /Cancellation Policy?

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.

Please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders with less than 15 business days.
